These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of all content, products, services, and resources available through the Site, including but not limited to certification programs, community memberships, online courses, and downloadable materials.

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Site.

1. Use of Site

Pole Fitness Alliance LLC (“PFA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Site for your personal or professional use in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

If you register for a certification program, membership, or online course, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login information. You are also responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized use of our materials.

5. Payments and Refunds

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Payment is due in full at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is offered. By purchasing from the Site, you agree to our Refund Policy.

Certification enrollments, digital products, and memberships are non-transferable.

6. User-Generated Content

If you post comments, testimonials, photos, videos, or other content to the Site or social media platforms associated with PFA, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute that content for promotional or educational purposes.

The Site may contain links to external websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party websites. You access those sites at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers
